Avatar Show Confirmed for 2025!!!! (and other updates)

 

        

    We now have are second Avatar Studios project announcement!!! After the very exciting announcement of the young adult team Avatar movie which is now confirmed for a October 10th 2025, we now have gotten an announcement for Avatars next show!!! The show will be about the next Avatar after Korra, who is an Earth avatar!!! The show will take place 100 years after Korra and will take place in modern day!!! Can you imagine an Avatar show, that takes place in modern day!?!?! With like newer looking cars and technology mixed with the classic Asian architecture and look that the series is known for!?!?! That's AMAZING!!! Avatar Studios will also apparently release a show on paramount plus and a movie every year!?!?! That's INSANE!!!! Lets just hope they don't run out of steam. And apparently, reports say that the Zuko film is actually happening so I deleted that post about that movie for nothing lol. Also an Avatar Kyoshi film is in the works!!!! This is literally a dream come true!!!

    In other news, I did a post a month ago about Ghibli's Star Wars project that nobody read, the thing they where working on ended up being a short about GROGU and its incredible!!! I HIGHLY recommend it. Its very short buts it beautiful. It has like this beautiful ink brush style and its very relaxing. The soot sprites are in it from Spirited Away and My Neighbor Totoro as well!!!! It has this very whimsical, flowy, and poetic feel which ofc it does its Ghibli. The background looks like this brown paper that makes it look even more like a Asian ink painting. I also love how fluid the movement is to, Grogu's ears move so beautifully!!! So I highly recommend that.

 I got a ton of reviews for movies and shows that I wanna do but I feel like I've been doing a lot of reviews lately, so I'm gonna do this instead. It gives me a little else to talk about. Today I'm gonna talk about movies with animation that looks like nothing we've seen before and how they did it. I also put videos so you can see the process. Spider-Man into the Spiderverse Spider-Man into the Spiderverse is a groundbreaking film in many ways. But one reason is because of its incredible animation! How they made the computer animation look like a comic book is amazing! How they did it is they put a lot of 2-D lines on the characters face. Look closely on Miles' face, see how the wrinkles on his forehead look hand drawn. They also animated most of the movie on twos, which means that they are 12 frames of animation in one second instead of the 24 frames of animation in one second which is used in most animated films. Turning Red Trailer is HERE!!!!!!

            Guys! Literally a month after Luca coming out, and after this piece of concept art came out a few weeks ago, we FINALLY got are first trailer for Turning Red!!!! Check it out!!      This is so exciting!! Turning Red as you can see from the trailer, is about a young, teenage, Chinese girl named Mei that turns into a giant red panda whenever she experiences big emotions, and for a teenager, that's all the time!!! Domee Shi is directing the film, who recently won an Academy Award for her incredible Pixar short Bao. She was the first women to direct a Pixar short and now she is the first women to SOLEY direct a Pixar film without being a co-director. The last time a women directed a Pixar film was back in 2012 where Brenda Chapman directed Brave, but got fired and replaced by Mark Andrews. That's a story for another time though!
