Turning Red Trailer is HERE!!!!!!

 

    

    Guys! Literally a month after Luca coming out, and after this piece of concept art came out a few weeks ago, we FINALLY got are first trailer for Turning Red!!!! Check it out!!


    This is so exciting!! Turning Red as you can see from the trailer, is about a young, teenage, Chinese girl named Mei that turns into a giant red panda whenever she experiences big emotions, and for a teenager, that's all the time!!! Domee Shi is directing the film, who recently won an Academy Award for her incredible Pixar short Bao. She was the first women to direct a Pixar short and now she is the first women to SOLEY direct a Pixar film without being a co-director. The last time a women directed a Pixar film was back in 2012 where Brenda Chapman directed Brave, but got fired and replaced by Mark Andrews. That's a story for another time though!     I know right! Apparently this film takes place in China Town in Canada, which is where Domee Shi's short film Boa.

                We now have are second Avatar Studios project announcement!!! After the very exciting announcement of the young adult team Avatar movie which is now confirmed for a October 10th 2025, we now have gotten an announcement for Avatars next show!!! The show will be about the next Avatar after Korra, who is an Earth avatar!!! The show will take place 100 years after Korra and will take place in modern day!!! Underrated Animation: Looney Tunes: Back in Action: One of the best live action/animation hybrid movies ever

    Looney Tunes Back in Action is outstanding! It is  very underrated! It is a lot like Who Framed Roger Rabbit and Mary Poppins where it combines 2d hand drawn animation and live action. The movie combines everything I love about Looney Tunes and more with monsters, spy's, Steve Martin, Westerns, Adventure films, and everything else I love. The interactions between the animated characters and the human characters are amazing, very fun to look at, here is an example.      The animation is gorgeous, oh and also, IT IS HILARIOUS! I was dying of laughter! It gets the personalities of the looney tunes characters down. Tons of looney tunes and movie references that I love! Making fun of product placement! Animated Films with stylized animation (and how they did it)

 I got a ton of reviews for movies and shows that I wanna do but I feel like I've been doing a lot of reviews lately, so I'm gonna do this instead. It gives me a little else to talk about. Today I'm gonna talk about movies with animation that looks like nothing we've seen before and how they did it. I also put videos so you can see the process. Spider-Man into the Spiderverse Spider-Man into the Spiderverse is a groundbreaking film in many ways. But one reason is because of its incredible animation! How they made the computer animation look like a comic book is amazing! How they did it is they put a lot of 2-D lines on the characters face. Look closely on Miles' face, see how the wrinkles on his forehead look hand drawn. They also animated most of the movie on twos, which means that they are 12 frames of animation in one second instead of the 24 frames of animation in one second which is used in most animated films.
